A longtime Dallas resident in his previous life, Paul has past career experience in business valuation, marketing and asset management, and holds a degree from the University of Michigan.

In pursuit of a meaningful and balanced quality of life, Paul first invested in Puerto Vallarta in 2004 and founded a mortgage company to service a recognized need for international collateralized lending. Shortly thereafter he affiliated with a prominent real estate firm and began focusing on real estate sales where he established a comprehensive knowledge of Banderas Bay real estate stretching from Mismaloya, south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, northward to Punta Mita in the internationally renowned Riviera Nayarit.

With this Banderas Bay real estate market expertise, his own experience as an investor in Mexico, and 20 years of local professional real estate experience, Paul is well suited to effectively address the concerns of buyers and sellers alike. His analytical background combined with practical transaction advice provides for being a strong advocate in the successful representation of his clients.

Paul maintains designations as a real estate Broker with AMPI, Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (Member of the Board of the Nayarita Chapter 2015-2023, Honors and Justice Committee 2013-2015, 2020-2026) as well as NAR, the National Association of Realtors, and is a registered and licensed mortgage Broker with NMLS – the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Diego was born and raised in Guadalajara, México. He settled in the Bahía de Banderas area in 2005, drawn by the incredible lifestyle and growing opportunities in the region.

In 2007, Diego launched Concierge@theBay, a premium concierge and property management service that quickly became a trusted name among luxury homeowners and visitors in the area.

Diego holds a degree in Psychology from ITESO (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente) and brings international work experience from the United Kingdom. His multicultural background and deep understanding of client needs make him an invaluable partner in delivering exceptional real estate services.
