Paul J Montry is originally from Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of Michigan and started a career in finance. Paul began investing in Puerto Vallarta real estate in 2004 and fell in love with the area.

After founding a successful mortgage company in Dallas, Paul relocated to the Riviera Nayarit full-time to pursue his passion for luxury resort real estate. With over 20 years of experience in the Banderas Bay market, Paul brings extensive knowledge of the local real estate landscape.

Paul holds designations from AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is also a licensed NMLS mortgage broker, providing clients with comprehensive real estate and financing expertise.

Diego was born and raised in Guadalajara, México. He settled in the Bahía de Banderas area in 2005, drawn by the incredible lifestyle and growing opportunities in the region.

In 2007, Diego launched Concierge@theBay, a premium concierge and property management service that quickly became a trusted name among luxury homeowners and visitors in the area.

Diego holds a degree in Psychology from ITESO (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente) and brings international work experience from the United Kingdom. His multicultural background and deep understanding of client needs make him an invaluable partner in delivering exceptional real estate services.
