We have 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and large balconies with ocean views combined, with hotel amenities and an active community center with restaurants, shops and direct access to the marina in front.

There is also a rooftop pool that is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the residences. It is difficult to find a better view of Banderas Bay.

The condominium is sold furnished and has its own parking.
